A deposit limit caps how much you can add to your wallet in a 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day period, for instance, setting a ₹300 weekly deposit limit means no top-up via GPay or PhonePe will be accepted once that threshold is reached, regardless of any pending draws. A loss limit works differently: it halts further ticket purchases once your net losses in the chosen period hit your preset figure, even if your wallet still holds a balance.

A session time limit triggers a reminder, and optionally a forced logout, after a set number of minutes of continuous play.

Limits take effect immediately when you lower them, but increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate. This asymmetry is intentional: it protects you from raising limits impulsively during a losing streak. We strongly recommend reviewing your limits every month alongside your bank or UPI statement to ensure your in-game spending matches your real-world budget.

Self-exclusion and cool-off

If you need a stronger break, L7 Lottery offers two options. A cool-off period suspends your account for 1, 7 or 30 days. During this time you cannot log in, purchase tickets or receive promotional messages. Your wallet balance is preserved and becomes accessible again the moment the period ends, no action required from you. This option suits players who feel they need a short reset rather than a permanent exit.

Self-exclusion is a longer-term commitment. You can exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanently. Unlike a cool-off, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen end date, and any request to lift it early is subject to a further mandatory 7-day waiting period plus a welfare check from our support team.
